About
Brittni has launched her career as an artist from basic, natural talent to a refined sense of what it takes to create thoughtful and successful pieces.
Michael Kareken, MCAD
Brittni Krieger graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design with a BFA in Drawing and Painting in 2015. Following her formal design education, Brittni has spent time with commissions, exhibiting in galleries and working at a prominent Twin Cities visual merchandising company. She has since established herself as a Minneapolis-based freelance illustrator and designer.
Brittni's diverse portfolio blends her personal practice, commissions, and client work, reflecting a signature style that translates across a range of applications. Her process is informed by intricate nature-based patterns and negative space common in both illustration and graphic design. She adds unique dimensionality with finely tuned details, balanced contrast, and meticulous execution. Brittni’s fine art aesthetic results in commercial applications that feel expressive, custom, and hand-crafted. Presently, Brittni works across the fields of brand identity design, illustration, and packaging while simultaneously producing original artwork for canvas, web, and print.
Outside of designing and art-making, Brittni enjoys traveling for new cultural experiences, aesthetic inspiration, and adventures in nature.
